Delivery Policy

Myritebook sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped by post or courier, and there are no shipping charges.

1. How you receive your purchase

• Online payments (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, wallets): the Download button appears on the product page as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds.
• Free products: available to download right away after you log in.
• Manual payments (where offered, e.g. a direct bank transfer): access is unlocked after we confirm the payment, within 24 hours on working days.

Every product you've bought is listed under My Purchases, and you can download it again from there at any time while your account is active.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on each product page. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.

3. If something goes wrong

If you paid but don't see the Download button after 30 minutes, check My Purchases first, then email support@myritebook.com with your order number (it starts with MRB-) or the payment reference from your bank or UPI app. We'll get you access, or refund you as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
